More details
Interchangeable ATR crystal pucks are available for the Quest ATR spectrometer accessory.
NEW Liquid ATR pucks
We have just launched a new range of liquid Quest ATR pucks. These new liquid ATR pucks were developed for the study of up to 100uL of liquid, particularly low viscosity liquids. And they still can be used to hold solid samples.
High throughput diamond ATR puck
Strong chemical resistance against many sample types and has optical anti-reflection coating to improve light throughput measurement to 400cm-1.
Extended wavelength diamond ATR puck
Offers high chemical resistance against many sample types and with no anti reflection coating, extends the spectral region for measurement to circa 40cm-1.
Zinc Selenide ATR puck
Widely used ATR crystal material for general solid and liquid sampling and has optical anti reflection coating to improve light throughput measurement to circa 550cm-1.
Germanium ATR puck
ATR crystal material for use with highly light absorbing samples (e.g. black rubbers) and has optical anti reflection coating to improve light throughput measurement to circa 600cm-1.
Silicon ATR puck
ATR crystal material that absorbs between 1300cm-1 and 500cm-1, but can be used for Far IR measurements to circa 100cm-1 as an alternative to use of an extended wavelength diamond crystal puck.
Specular Reflectance ATR puck
Allows for a nominal 45° incident angle of specularly reflected light to be measured from a solid sample surface using the Quest optical unit.
